Historical Archive of Eivissa (AHE)

The Historical Archive of Eivissa (AHE) is located in the Can Botino building, headquarters of the Town Council of the city of Eivissa in Dalt Vila. It was created at the request of the City Council under the patronage of the Diputación Provincial de Balears in 1937.

Its main fund is made up of all the documents of the former University of Eivissa and the old Curia (judicial documents).

The year 2011 culminated the process of digitalisation of the ancient press of the HME and from then on finds available at this same web. Later they have gone appending more fund.

You can find all the ancient press of the Pitiüses digitised and some letterheads of the Islands as well as the documentary series:

  • Special Collections
